On February 4, 2006 the Ohio Valley saw a major winter storm impact the area.  It came with lots of snow to the region, but also ice.

During this storm, Cincinnati, Ohio saw only a few inches of snow, but nearly an inch of ice.  The photo above shows the ice glistening on the weighted-down tree branches.

East Central Indiana could see something along these lines this winter.  Remember when snow and ice hit East Central Indiana, WCRD is your winter weather station.
